The Columbus Blue Jackets have recovered from a long losing stretch to win their last three, with two of them by shutouts. The fact is that they almost need a shutout to win, as over their last 28 games, they have scored only 59 goals - a long stretch at barely 2 goals per game. The Canucks are off a shutout themselves, and have allowed just 19 goals in their last nine, or just about 2 per game. So can Vancouver get to 3 here in what would appear to be a 3-2 game? They have done so in nine of their last 12. They are also 35-16 in their last 51 vs. a team with a losing record. The Blue Jackets, at less than -110, are considered a home dog here and are 1-7 ATS in their last eight in that situation. Columbus has played to a 41-19-1 mark to the UNDER in their last 61 at home with just one of the last seven in this series played in Columbus exceeding the total. I'll go with Vancouver and the UNDER here.
