Colorado is just five points back of Calgary for the eighth and final spot in the Western Conference. If Colorado wants to stay in the hunt they must to get the win tonight. Colorado has been spectacular lately, winning 10 of their past 12 games. The two losses both came on the road and both were one goal games. Colorado won a tough one on Sunday in Vancouver winning in a shootout 5-4. Jose Theodore played in that game so Budaj could have a rest before the seven remaining games.
