Toronto at Buffalo

It has been a good season for the Toronto Maple Leafs and the chances of them snapping their opening-round playoff curse are starting to seem like a real possibility. Toronto has out-scored their opponents by +0.7 goals per contest on the season. Buffalo has not had a winning season in 10 years, but appears to have turned the corner at two games above .500. The issue has been the goals they are allowing per game which stands at 3.5. Toronto has allowed two or fewer goals in five of their last nine games, while Toronto has scored 3+ goals in each of their last five. The Sabres are just 5-9 in their last 14 meetings vs. the Leafs and have a losing record at home over the last 11 played in Buffalo. There should be a strong contingent of Maple Leafs fans on hand, and I like Toronto on the moneyline.
