Buffalo has won the last two meetings and now will play the spoiler role as Toronto still hasn't clinched a playoff spot, while the Sabres have been eliminated. The Sabres beat the Maple Leafs 5-2 on March 25, scoring three goals in the second period to back Robin Lehner who made 32 saves. Frederik Andersen and Curtis McElhinney split time in goal with Andersen allowing two of the five goals. Andersen has a 2.66 goals-against average, a .919 save percentage, and allowed four goals in the Leafs' 5-4 win at Detroit on Saturday. Buffalo goalie Anders Nilsson gave up two goals in a 3-1 loss at Columbus on Tuesday, but he won his previous two starts. Toronto is just 41-88 its last 129 road games and 6-21 its last 27 games at Buffalo. There is good value with Buffalo in this matchup. Play the Sabres.
