The Coyote's problem has been scoring but they face a defense here that allows 3.5 goals per game. Phoenix's defense is also poor but Toronto can't even beat those teams. They are 2-10 this season vs. teams that allow 18%+ power play and 1-7 vs. teams that allow 29+ shots and 17%+ PP conversion. Toronto games have gone OVER the total 13 out of 22 times this season including seven out of eight OVER vs. those poor defensive opponents. Phoenix is 8-1 OVER the past couple of seasons at home after scoring 4+ goals in two straight games. We like Phoenix -1.5 here as well as the OVER.
