Tampa Bay at Montreal

Tampa Bay had beaten the Canadiens four straight until a 5-2 loss on Dec. 29. Now the Lightning are out to avenge that defeat after having won five of eight and they are 7-1 their past eight games as favorites of -110 to -150. Tampa Bay has won four of the past five at Montreal and 16 of 20 against the Canadiens overall. Montreal has won six of eight largely due to rookie sensation Jakub Dobes in net, but he is slated to have the night off and Sam Montembeault is expected to start. He is 16-16-3 with a 2.98 goals-against average. Andrei Vasilevskiy is 20-13-2 with a 2.35 GAA for Tampa Bay and he stopped 39 of 40 shots in a 5-1 victory over Detroit his last appearance.
