Tampa Bay is on the road again with the home team 3-0 in this series. The Lightning are not a healthy team, with Steven Stamkos out (surgery, blood clots) and standout defenseman Anton Stralman still isn't recovered from a fractured left leg. Detroit trimmed its deficit to 2-1 in a contentious series after an impressive 2-0 win at home with some new defensive pairings. Detroit goaltender Jimmy Howard played in the two losses, but coach Jeff Blashill decided to give goalie Petr Mrazek the nod in Game 3. Mrazek faced only 16 shots Sunday as the Red Wings defense shut down Tampa's top line. Detroit is 16-5-1 at home against Tampa Bay and this is another great spot for a big effort by the home team.
