St. Louis at Winnipeg

The St. Louis Blues head to Winnipeg in the first of a four-game road trip, coming off a successful 2-1 home stand. Winnipeg has been rather sluggish out of the gate at 2-3, dropping two of three games at Canada Life. Poor defensive play has resulted in a high number of quality scoring chances, and the Jets have allowed 4+ goals in four of five games. St. Louis scored a big dog win vs. Pittsburgh and should be sharp. The Blues were on an 8-4 run in 12 games at Winnipeg before dropping six straight here, but they broke that streak on their last visit resulting in a 3-0 shutout win. I think this line looks a bit shaded towards the Jets, and they have yet to earn that this season. Make the play on St. Louis.
