St. Louis at San Jose

San Jose is ready for a clinch party! San Jose lost the opener on the road, but since then the talented Sharks have won three of four, including a pair on the road. They've really impressed over the last four games, outscoring a great St. Louis defense by a 16-9 count, including a pair of shutouts. St. Louis just got smoked at home in a 6-3 defeat, and now heads out to the West Coast. The Blues are not a strong offensive team, #15 in goals scored. The Blues are just 4-6 at home in the postseason, and failed to hold leads of 2-1 and 3-2 in Game 5. Meanwhile, San Jose is 6-2 at home in the postseason and needs one more win to reach the Stanley Cup Finals. San Jose has exceptional depth and balance, fourth in goals scored, third on the power play and #10 in goals allowed. The Sharks are 21-7 against a team with a winning record, plus 43-16 at home vs. a team with a road winning percentage of greater than .600. I really love San Jose to get the clincher tonight.
