St. Louis at San Jose

San Jose, despite coming off a win over Chicago, just isn't right. They eeked out a one-goal win over the Blackhawks as a -230 favorite. Prior to that, they had lost four in a row, giving up 4.8 goals per game. They are managing just 2.4 goals per game at home on the season. The Blues certainly aren't inspiring a lot of confidence with their recent play but to find value on a dog of this size, we have to accept some warts. St. Louis is nearly a .500 team vs. winning opponents the past couple of seasons. San Jose is just 5-9 this season at home vs. a losing team and 10-14 overall as a home favorite. Both of theset teams are 4-0-1 OVER in their last five games. The Blues have gone OVER in seven of their last eight games as well. We like the OVER here as well as St. Louis.
