The San Jose Sharks come home even in their series with St. Louis 1-1. That may sound encouraging, but St. Louis was without Brian Elliott who didn't start either of the first two in St. Louis. Elliott led the NHL in goals against average, as well as save percentage. He is definitely a difference maker in front of the net. San Jose was swept in the four games in the regular season, and their power-play opportunities have been disappointing, cashing just 1-7 in the first two and now 2-22 for the season vs. the Blues. The Blues own a 24-9 mark in their last 33 off a day of rest, and have now cashed five of six this season vs. the Sharks, winning here twice. Play on St. Louis.
