Seattle at Buffalo

Seattle has a hot goalie in Joey Daccord as he has won its past five starts following a 4-1 victory over Ottawa on Thursday when he stopped 32 of 33 shots. Daccord has allowed a total of only five goals in five games and he is expected in net tonight with a 10-5-8 record and 2.29 goals-against average and a .922 save percentage with two shutouts this season. Seattle has won all four meetings in its history against Buffalo and this is the first one in 2023-24. The Kraken are on a six-game win streak and appear to have finally hit their stride after struggling the first two months of the season. Buffalo has lost five of nine although the Sabres do come off two wins over Montreal and Pittsburgh.
