San Jose at New Jersey

The San Jose Sharks have long been renowned for their play at home at the Shark Tank, but they never really performed at near the same level on the road. That all changed last year when they recorded 22 wins on the road, and they certainly have proven to be a tough out on the road to start the 2014-15 season at 2-0-1 already. New Jersey has gotten out fast as well with three straight road wins before suffering a loss in their last contest at Washington. The Sharks have gone for blood when facing a team off a poor defensive game, as they own a 68-27 mark in their last 95 when facing a team that gave up 5 or more goals in their previous contest. Sharks own four wins in the last five in this series, appear to be the better team in this one, and are in a good spot as well. Take San Jose.
