San Jose at Montreal

Montreal had won three of four before losing 4-3 at Minnesota on Sunday, but that was after a big win over St. Louis the night before. The No. 1 line of Brendan Gallagher, Phillip Danault and Tomas Tatar has been producing for the Canadiens and they have a combined 23 points. San Jose comes off an overtime loss to Buffalo when Jake Eichel scored 3:13 into overtime. Carey Price has won three of his last four starts, including that 5-2 win over the defending champs on Saturday. Price has a current 2.68 goals-against average while Sharks' goalie Martin Jones has been shaky with a 3.46 GAA and he has allowed eight goals his last two games and both were against Buffalo. San Jose is 0-6 its last six games as a road underdog and it has lost four straight to Eastern Conference teams. Montreal has won four of its last five against the Western Conference.
