San Jose had shown signs of life winning four of six before losing its last three games, but the Sharks have played much better on the road where they have won five of 10 games compared to winning just two of 14 at home. The Sharks are at Montreal tonight and while the Canadiens obviously are improved from last season's nightmare, they still are in sixth place in the Atlantic Division. San Jose has won nine of the past 10 meetings and 20 of the past 26, including the last six at Montreal. The Canadiens are 2-9 their past 11 playing with at least three days rest and they have lost 35 of their past 52 home games. Jake Allen will be in net for Montreal and he is 6-7-0 with a 3.61 goals-against average and he has allowed 19 goals his last four appearances, including a 7-2 loss to Buffalo on Nov. 22. Take the Sharks.
