Pittsburgh at San Jose

Pittsburgh's lack of offense is hurting them, losing three of four as a favorite each time. Pittsburgh ranks #26 in goals scored, #23 on the power play, unable to get things going despite speed and an upgrade in offensive talent on paper in the offseason. They are 3,000 miles from home and the Penguins are 7-16 when their opponent allows two or fewer goals in their previous game. Penguins goalie Marc-Andre Fleury has had his own troubles versus the Sharks, as his 26 saves were not enough in Pittsburgh's 3-1 setback on Nov. 21 to fall to 3-4-3 in his career versus the club. The Sharks have been on top of their game, winning seven of eight overall and 10 straight. The Sharks are 22-7 playing on two days of rest. San Jose has owned the Penguins, who are 4-17-1 against them, including 0-11-1 at San Jose! Only one way to go here, so take San Jose.
