Pittsburgh will likely have Tristan Jarry back in net after starting Joel Blomqvist for a couple games, including a 4-2 loss to Toronto on Saturday. Jarry is still waiting to bounce back from a disastrous outing in the season opener when he allowed six goals against the New York Rangers. Jarry appeared in 51 games in 2023-24 and had a 2.91 goals-against average and a .903 save percentage. The Penguins finished last season winning four of five in the fourth game of a 4-in-6 days situation. Montreal has gone UNDER two of its first three games and Sam Montembeault has allowed only one goal on 73 shots this season. The Canadiens have gone UNDER eight of its past 12 home games and they have lost seven of their past 10 against the Metropolitan Division dating to last season.
