It is hard to come away with anything significant from game one. It was a strange game to say the least. The Blackhawks had no power play opportunities, but still scored 6 times. The Flyers got no scoring from their top line, and still ended up scoring 5 times. The big difference tonight is likely going to come from behind the net for the Flyers. A decision has not been made at this time as to who will start behind the net, but the Flyers are likely in good hands either way. Michael Leighton played horrible, and if he starts, all he has done the last eight times he allowed 3 goals or more is come back and allow a total of 10 in the eight games or 1.25 per contest. Brian Boucher shook off the rust and stopped all but one shot vs. what was until then a hot Chicago offense. I look for this one to play out much tighter, and with capable net-minding regardless, taking +1.5 here is huge. I'll back Philadelphia on the puckline.
