Ottawa at San Jose

Ottawa has been in a slump because of a struggling offense, losing six of nine while getting shut out twice and being held to two goals or less six times. This is the fourth straight road game for Ottawa, on a five-game trip, and they are on a 5-2-1 run UNDER the total. The offense does not play well away from home with the Senators on a 3-10-1 run on the road. San Jose is on a nice run keyed by home ice and great defense, winning five in a row. San Jose goalie Martin Jones goes tonight and has won four straight starts with a 1.95 goals against average.
