Ottawa at Edmonton

Since the Olympic break, the Senators have looked like they have a hangover. They have lost three in a row, getting outscored 10-3. The Oilers have won two in a row - big upsets over Minnesota and New Jersey. Can Edmonton pull of a third-straight upset? It's possible, but it's asking a lot. I do like them however, to at least keep this game close. Ottawa is just 13-17 on the road this season, scoring 2.4 goals per game. Asking them to win this game on the road by 2+ goals is just too much, especially given how they are playing. Ottawa just doesn't take care of business vs. poor teams. Over the past three seasons, the Senators are just 39-44 straight-up vs. teams that allow 3+ goals per game. They are only 13-18 vs. teams at .250 to .400. I like Edmonton +1.5 here. I also like the UNDER. Ottawa is 17-13 UNDER on the road this season and four of their last five have gone UNDER. Edmonton is 21-13 UNDER at home this year. On the road vs. poor teams (those outscored by .5+ goals per game), Ottawa is 21-12 UNDER the past two seasons. And, Edmonton is 11-3 UNDER in non-conference games this season. Take the Oilers on the puck line and the UNDER.

4 units on Edmonton +1.5 goals -190 (puckline) (risk 4 to return 4)
