The last three meetings have gone UNDER and Washington goalie Braden Holtby has won four of his last five starts and now is 15-6-0 with a 2.60 goals-against average and .921 save percentage. Holtby made 37 saves in the Capitals' 6-2 win over Chicago on Wednesday. New York lost to Pittsburgh 4-3 on Tuesday, and it was Ondrej Pavelec in goal for the Rangers, instead of Henrik Lundqvist, who was a late scratch with the flu. Lundqvist is expected back tonight and will have had six days off since his team's 5-1 win over Carolina on Saturday when he had 33 saves and he now has won five of his last six starts with a 13-6-2 record for the season. Lundqvist has a 2.66 GAA and .917 save percentage and like last year, has recovered from a slow start to begin the season.
