The Washington Capitals dropped the first two in this series at home. Then, with their backs to the wall they went to New York and won easily 4-0. They completely outplayed the Rangers in game four, out-shooting them by 39-19. Unfortunately, they ran into a hot goaltender on the night, and were turned away in a 2-1 defeat. This is a team that has dropped more than two in a row at home only once all season, and I would expect the effort here to resemble games three and four. Like the Caps at home, the Rangers only managed to win three in a row on the road just one time during the regular season, and are just 9-22 in their last 31 as a road dog. The Caps are 37-16 in their last 53 home games, and they won't go down in this series without a fight. I'll go with the Caps here.
