The Rangers scored 4 goals on Thursday vs. Pittsburgh. What's the signifigance of that? It was the first time they topped 3 goals since their opener vs. Florida. Both of those were home games in which NY was heavily favored. They just are not a scoring machine and here, on the road in a virtually even matchup, it is extremely unlikely that they can muster enough offense to win in a blowout. Especially when you consider that they are 0-6 on the road, averaging 1.0 goals per game and Toronto scores 3.6 per game at home! Yes, Toronto's defense is terrible, but New York is not good enough offensively to take advantage. Is Toronto going to win this game? Maybe. Are they going to get blown out by the worst road team in the league? No. Take the +1.5 goals.
