The New York Rangers head all the way down the coast to play against the Tampa Bay Lightning. The Rangers opened strong with just three defeats in their first 13 games. It was a product of hot goaltending that saw opponents net 25 pucks or less than two a game. Just one game did the Rangers allow more than three goals. That has changed for the Rangers as they have allowed more than three in two of their last three games and 31 in their last 11, or close to three a game, while the offense is still clicking at three a game over their last six. While they were hot at the beginning of the season these teams played to a pair of 2-1 games, but recently played to a game much different that totaled seven goals. The Lightning has been allowing goals at a feverish pace, allowing just shy of four a game over their last seven. This one has the looks of the last played between the two that netted seven goals and I'll ride the OVER here.
