The talented New York Rangers don't lose very often, and when they do they have been a great bounce-back team. Of the Rangers last four losses, they came back with a victory the next game three times, allowing 2, 2 and 1 goal. The Rangers are also 28-9 on the road and 41-17 after scoring two or fewer in their previous game. The Rangers are third in the NHL in goals scored and allowed, plus in bounce-back mode after a bad defensive game, a 6-2 loss at home. New York has the best road record of any team (31-13-1) and is 36-15 against the Eastern Conference. In addition to compiling the league's best road record this season, they have goalie Henrik Lundqvist and a penchant for thriving under postseason pressure. New York has split the first two games in eight of its past 12 playoff series. The Rangers are 6-1 in those series during that span. Tampa Bay is not an elite defensive team at #15 in the league in goals allowed. When these rivals meet the road team is 5-2 in the last seven contests, so jump on the super-talented dog. Take the Rangers in game three.
