The Rangers’ winning formula on the road is paying dividends as they have taken four of their last five away from home ice. The defense and goaltending have been the difference in the surge, as they have allowed just 7 goals in their last five road games, recording two shutouts in the process - all five have played UNDER the total. After snoozing over a four-game stretch, Pittsburgh that saw them allow 18 goals have righted the ship, allowing just 3 total in their last two. If you look at their other 14 games outside of the bad four-game stretch the Penguins have allowed a total of 31 goals against them, or barely over 2 per contest. They are also 12-5-1 to the UNDER as a favorite from -151 to -200. The Rangers have been an UNDER team as a road dog now at 39-16-3 in their last 58, and are 11-5-2 to the UNDER in their last 18 in Pittsburgh. I'll play the UNDER in this one.
