The NY Rangers are in bounce-back mode -- and things are shaping up in their favor. The Rangers are an outstanding all-around team, seventh in the NHL in goals scored. The Rangers are 8-2 when following a loss of three goals or more. They lost star goalie Henrik Lundqvist (eye injury) in game one, but he is back at practice and expected to play. The three-time All-Star has made a team-record 111 consecutive postseason starts. While the Rangers have gotten good news on the injury front, Pittsburgh has the opposite. A key to Pittsburgh's success in the opener was crashing the New York net, but that will be tougher to do Saturday with bruising defenseman Dylan McIlrath expected to take the spot of banged-up veteran Dan Girardi. Penguins' top goalie Marc-Andre Fleury has a concussion and isn't expected to play, plus backup goalie Matt Murray is also injured. Third-string goalie Jeff Zatkoff will be back in net Saturday. Zatkoff had 35 saves in Wednesday's 5-2 victory, but it was just his 12th start over the last two seasons. All of which makes an excellent situational and matchup spot for the talented dog. Play the NY Rangers in game two.
