New York at New Jersey

New Jersey has yet to win this season but the Devils still are a slight favorite in tonight's game with the Rangers. The Devils blew a three-goal lead and lost to Florida on Monday and their disappointing season continued after they were expected to be much improved this year. New York has played only three games in a scheduling quirk and comes off a 4-1 loss to Edmonton on Saturday and so the Rangers could be a little rusty after four days off. Alexander Georgiev is expected in goal for the Rangers and he gave up a goal in his only appearance this season on Oct. 5 versus Ottawa. The Rangers are 30-64 their last 94 games as underdogs and 21-46 their last 67 road games. Also, New York is 22-50 versus the Metropolitan Division and 9-23 on at least three days rest dating to last season. Look for New Jersey to finally break through, so play the Devils.
