New York at Chicago

New York has won seven of the past nine meetings, but the Rangers are out to avenge a 2-1 loss to Chicago on Dec. 9. The Rangers have faced a rugged schedule recently with seven of their past nine games on the road. The Blackhawks have the worst record in the NHL and they have lost five of six although they did manage to get a 4-2 victory over Montreal on Friday night. Chicago has lost 14 of 20 against Eastern Conference opponents and it averages only 2.56 goals per game this season. Arvid Soderblom is likely to start for the Blackhawks and they have lost three of his past four starts. Louis Domingue is expected to make his second start of the season for New York due to Igor Shesterkin being placed on injured reserve. Take the Rangers.
