New York at Vancouver

The N.Y. Islanders like to play up-tempo, ninth in the NHL in goals scored. However, the defense is terrible at #25 in goals allowed, and #20 in penalty killing. New York is 14-6-1 OVER the total when playing on one day of rest, plus 19-9-2 OVER when their opponent allows two or fewer goals in their previous game. Vancouver is no defensive dynamo either, at #19 in goals allowed, and #25 in penalty killing, but the young offense has been playing better, winning two of the last three. Don't look for any defense, so play the OVER.
