New York at St. Louis

New York is on the playoff bubble, four points out of the final wild-card spot in the East. St. Louis is clinging to the 8-spot in the West, so to say this game is of high importance is an understatement. The Islanders worked some road magic with a 5-4 OT win at Pittsburgh on Tuesday, and including their 3-2 win at Toronto on Feb. 5, that's their first time winning back-to-back road games since December 2. The Blues have not looked good as they have dropped two straight and three out of four. They have allowed 16 goals in the last four, and while these teams are even in the standings, they are trending in different directions. I like the NY Islanders.
