It is understandable that the public likes what they see from this Pittsburgh team, as over 80% like them in Game One. The Penguins had a 15, and 7-game winning streak down the stretch, but didn't close very well as they were 1-2 in their last three, and the question here is the momentum lost? The Islanders lost their last three, but did close 11-6 as one of their best stretches of hockey in a long time. New York has long been a pushover on the road, but that has changed as they closed the season at 10-6 on the road. This number is highly inflated and these teams played in Pittsburgh on March 10th to a line of +151. The Islanders have been 10-3 in their last 13 after allowing 2 or less in their last game. The wheels have come off recently for Pittsburgh in the quarterfinals where they are just 2-7 in their last nine, and remember that they lost their first two at home a year ago as a better than -180 favorite in both games. Take the Isles.
