You really have to give credit to the Islanders after a poor season a year ago. A one win in 10 games to start and they could have easily packed it in early. To their credit they bounced back and became competitive. The difference has come on offense. Through 10 games the Islanders scored 22 goals, or 2.2 per game, but in their 16 since they have tallied 49, or better than three per game. The problem is that they are giving up more. The Devils are a hot team over the last 13 games, and have not scored less than two goals in any of them, and will likely get more than that here. The Islanders are 18-7-1 on no rest to the OVER, and I'll go with this one to top the total.
