New York at New Jersey

You see something in sports with each passing season and each passing sport. During the course of a long season, bad teams are going to have good stretches where they get on a roll and start streaking positive. That is happening right now with this NY Islanders team. The Islanders appeared heading for rock bottom opening the season claiming a win in just one of their first 10 games, but they have caught fire right now and have grabbed four of their last five. The difference is eight goals against in those five games, or just 1.6 per game. They catch a New Jersey team that is on fire on the road winning all seven, but is frustrating the fans at home where they are just 2-4 and overall they are just 2-5 in their last seven as a home favorite. We’re catching this one just right and I'm going with the Islanders in this one.
