Charlie Lindgren is confirmed in net for Washington and he allowed four goals his last outing and he is 1-4-1 his past six games. The Capitals are 4-12 their past 16 Tuesday games and New Jersey has won nine of 12 as a favorite. Eight of the past 10 meetings at Washington have gone OVER.
