New Jersey at Pittsburgh

The New Jersey Devils will certainly get the attention of the Penguins as they are a perfect 8-0 on the road to start the NHL season. Sometimes when a team wins it all the year before, they find it difficult to get motivated night in and night out and save their best for the best. I have reason to believe this will be one of those nights in Pittsburgh. The Penguins looked lethargic, and disinterested on the road at San Jose and Boston, where they failed to score a goal. With the Devils perfect on the road and the Penguins apparently at their worst, this line may look off to some. The oddsmakers aren't stupid they made the Penguins a favorite for a reason. If they bring their "A" game, they are the better team, especially on home ice. This one gets discounted by the Devils unblemished road mark and the Penguins last two, but this is at home with a reason to show up, and the Penguins will rise up to the occasion. Pittsburgh gets this one.
