New Jersey at New York

The Rangers have been up and down of late. The offense scores big and they win, or they are giving up a lot on the defensive end and lose. The last six games have seen 34 goals scored in their contests - almost 6 a game. They have been playing high-scoring games at home, especially when posted as a favorite with six of the last eight topping the total. The Devils have had a lot of big offensive outbursts of late with four of their last nine games showing them scoring 5 or more goals. This one is set low, but the recent play of both these teams suggests otherwise. I will play this one OVER the total.
