The Islanders just have not been able to find any offense all season. They enter this one having scored two or less goals in 22 games already on the season, and their recent play has been even below that standard, as they have managed to put the puck through the net just six times in their last four games. The Devils have shown a penchant for low-scoring games against the league's poor teams. They have played UNDER to the tune of 44-20-6 against teams with a home-winning percentage of .400 or worse. These teams have certainly held their part of the bargin in low-scoring games, as the UNDER has won to a record of 10-2-1 in the last 13 played in New York. I will back the UNDER here.
