Los Angeles is playing its first home game following three road games in a four-day span and it lost the first two before defeating Vancouver 5-1 on Thursday. The Kings have lost three of their past five games. Kings goalie Cam Talbot was the winner against the Canucks, but he still has lost 13 of his past 16 starts. Nico Daws is the likely starter for New Jersey and he had won two straight decisions against Montreal and San Jose, but then lost on Friday 4-3 to Anaheim. The Devils could go with Akira Schmid, who replaced Daws and stopped all nine shots against the Ducks. The Devils are in a revenge spot after losing 2-1 to Los Angeles on Feb. 15 and the Kings are 1-4 their past five games as home favorites of -110 to -150. Take the Devils as a Max Play.
