The Devils have played well on the road for most of the season. One good reason is that they have reached the 3-goal mark in half of their road games. The Panthers have been just a break-even team at home this season. One of their problems has been the fact that they have allowed 4 goals or more on the season in 30 games, and overall have done so in three of their last four, and 42 over their last 12 games or 3.5 per contest. It stands to reason that New Jersey, and their road prowess, will reach the 3+ mark here, making this game a likely candidate for the OVER, which is my call in this one.
