New Jersey at Anaheim

The Ducks have been very inconsistent, and although they won their last time out they have not won back-to-back games in their last 15 played going back to last year. The Devils have not played good hockey at all this season, but the Ducks have some obstacles of their own to overcome. Anaheim is 0-5 in their last five following a win, and 4-9 in their first game home following a road trip of a week or more. They are also 1-5 facing an opponent that allowed 5 goals or more in their last game and just 3-7 in their last 10 vs. the Atlantic. Both teams are struggling, but heavy situational trends all point to New Jersey. I’ll take the Devils in this one.
