Nashville at Washington

Nashville comes off a 5-2 loss to Toronto on Monday, but the Predators are 18-8 their last 26 games after losing by at least three goals and 11-3 following a home loss by three or more. The Predators have won the last seven meetings with Washington, and four of the last five meetings on the road. Pekka Rinne is 16-11-2-1 with a 2.98 goals-against average for Nashville and his counterpart, Braden Holtby, has a 3.05 GAA and has lost five of his last seven starts. Holtby had allowed 23 goals in six games before beating Montreal 4-2 two nights ago. Nashville won the only meeting this season 6-5 in October and it has scored 29 goals the last five meetings with the Capitals. There is good value in the road underdog, so play the Predators.
