Montreal at Washington

The Montreal Canadiens stunned the Washington Capitals in the series opener 3-2 in OT. I don't expect a repeat performance, in fact I expect the Caps to come out like a swarm of bees out of a beehive. They have won 33 games this season by 2 goals or more, and I expect this one to be over very early. The Canadiens are a not-so impressive 18-38 taking on a winning team, and just 1-8 as a playoff underdog in their last nine. The Caps stand-in at an impressive 71-30 in their last 101 games at home. They will come out all guns a-blazin’ in this one, so I'll go with the Caps on the puckline.
