Montreal at Edmonton

The Edmonton Oilers are likely to experience another long season. They started the season at 0-5, but like a lot of bad teams, have had the hot hand for the time being. And leading the charge has been the play on the defensive end of the ice. Edmonton allowed 23 goals in their first four games, at almost six a contest, but have put together solid efforts in their last four allowing a total of just nine, or 2.25 a contest. Montreal has sizzled their way to a 7-1 start to the seasson, but have scored three goals or less in four of the wins, including each of their last three. The differense is the fact that they have allowed four total goals in the three games. Both teams right now seem to be on their game on the defensive end, and Edmonton is now 10-1-2 to the UNDER in their last 13 vs. the Eastern Conference. Montreal comes in at 11-5 to the UNDER in their last 16 vs. the Pacific. A rather lofty total with a pair of teams looking tough defensively right now. Make the play on the UNDER.
