The Canadiens have been playing better and a look behind the net, and the defensive end supplies some reasoning. The Habs have allowed just 22 goals in their last 11 games, or just 2 per contest. It has kept them in games despite scoring just 18 in their last nine, or 2 per contest as well. It has led to eight UNDERs in their last 10 played. Carolina had an explosive 8 goals in their last game, but that doesn't negate the fact that they tallied just 14 in their previous seven. The Hurricanes will be off of one day of rest, which has seen them go 10-1 to the UNDER in their last 11 in this situation. These teams have played low as a rule of their recent history with six of the last seven going UNDER. I like this one to do the same, so I’m playing the UNDER here.
