Montreal at Buffalo

The Buffalo Sabres are off to a surprising start and they will return home off a successful road trip to the West Coast that saw them take three of five. Montreal is off to a strong 5-1-2 start to the season. The difference has been between the pipes for Montreal as goaltender Carey Price is off his worst NHL season, but has been much better this year. The Sabres appear to be a much-improved team and have won five October games for the first time since 2011. Buffalo has the ability to win a tight-checking game in Montreal, or at least play competitively. The last five meetings have seen a total of just 17 goals scored with none of them making it over the total. Play on the UNDER.
