Montreal at Buffalo

Montreal will travel to Buffalo in the season opener for both teams. Montreal had success against the Sabres last season winning five of the eight games played. The Montreal net will be minded by Carey Price who allowed just 2.56 goals a game last season. The Sabres will protect the goal with Ryan Miller, who allowed 2.64 goals a game last year with a career high of 76 games in front of the net. Combined, these net-minders have allowed just over five goals a game last year, so I certainly see some value at six. The eight games between these teams last year saw just 5.1 pucks clear the net per game as well. I will ride the UNDER in the opener here.
