Buffalo goes for its fourth consecutive win after outscoring its past three opponents 14-4, including a 3-2 shootout victory over Calgary on Saturday. J.J. Peterka scored the lone shootout goal, backing Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen, who stopped 24 shots through overtime for the Sabres. Montreal has lost six in a row after a 4-1 defeat against Toronto. Sam Montembeault allowed all four goals and Cayden Primeau is confirmed in net for the Canadiens today. Primeau has lost five of his six starts this season and he has a 4.38 goals-against average and an .861 save percentage. He was torched for six goals in a 6-3 loss to Washington his last appearance on Oct. 31. Montreal has gone OVER seven of 10 games and it has lost 10 of its past 11 road games.
