The Canucks have opened the season with a hangover off their Stanley Cup Finals loss a year ago. The offense, which was explosive for much of the season, is certainly facing some issues. They started sliding in that season-ending series vs. the Bruins. The Canucks were shutout in two of the last four games in that series. Here they are again, coming off of a pair of shutouts in their last four games. Minnesota has been getting physical on the road, and through their opening trio of roadies, their games have seen a combined score of just 13 total goals. That works out to just a tick over 4 per contest. It is one of the reasons why just three of their last 14 road games have managed to top the total. The Canucks’ sudden inconsistent offense has generated a 19-7-2 mark to the UNDER in their last 28 as a home favorite. The UNDER is the play in this one.
