Both of these teams are fighting for a playoffs spot, and both are morphing lately from their standard play. While Minnesota has been all about defense and a lack of offense most of the season, they have opened things up. Over their last nine games they have allowed 3.3 goals per game. They've also managed to score 3+ goals in four of those games. St. Louis has scored or allowed 4+ goals in five of their last six games! When facing a losing team the past two seasons, the Blues are 35-20 OVER. This season they are 25-12 OVER after a game in which they went OVER. I like this one to go OVER the very low total.
